Wolf Safety, leaders in portable lighting solutions for hazardous areas, is proud to announce the launch of its latest safety torch, the Wolf M-80 Midi LED Safety Torch.  This 4AA LED midi-sized safety torch is compact and lightweight, powered by 4AA primary cells and fitted with a high power LED light source. 

The Wolf Midi 4AA LED Safety Torch is CE marked to the 94/9/EC (ATEX Equipment) Directive and is IECEx Scheme Certified for safe use in ATEX & IECEx Zones 1 & 2 potentially explosive gas vapour and mist atmospheres for group IIA and IIB (industrial) gas groups, up to T4 temperature class, and group I M2 mining applications.  With a light output of up to 120 lumens using bespoke optics to give a powerful spot beam and incorporating a wide angle fringe beam, ideal for inspection and maintenance tasks, the M-80 gives approximately 7 hours light duration from one set of 4 AA alkaline primary cells.

The M-80 Midi Torch is designed for single handed switching and is water and dust tight to IP67.  The torch body is manufactured from a high impact resistant thermoplastic which is robust and highly durable and electrostatic non-hazardous with an impact resistant polycarbonate lens.  This 4AA torch is small and lightweight, allowing it to be easily transported and stored in a pocket and is supplied with a wrist strap.
