The Wolf Safety Lamp Company is constantly working to try and find innovative new products and solutions for customers' ever changing needs and requirements.  This dedication to research and development has brought two innovative upgrades for existing torches and handlamps in recent years.

TP-300 LED Torch Module

The recent introduction of the new LED module for T4 ATEX Torches, the TP-300, launched this year to retrofit into existing TS/TR-24 and TS/TR-24+ safety torches.  This LED module replacement significantly improves the light output from 17 lumens to approximately 70 lumens with an increase in battery output from 10 to 20 hours.

Replacing the existing bulb contact with the LED module is quick and easy, will preclude the need for bulb changes in the future and ensure an ultra bright light output.

Alongside this retrofit module, Wolf have also introduced the ATEX Safety Torch with LED.  The TR-30+ and TS-30+ torches, incorporating the Wolf TP-300 'Torch LED Module', give an exceptional output of up to four times more light that an incandescent torch bulb, generating a piercing white spot beam combined with a wide angle flood of fringe light, for excellent visibility in conditions of darkness or low level light.  Click here for more information.

H-79 LED Replacement Contact

The H-79P LED upgrade introduced in 2009 for the H-251A Handlamp, improved the light output, giving approximately 50% more light, and extended the battery life by 17 hours from 7 hours to up to 24 hours.
 
Replacing the existing high efficiency halogen bulb is quick and easy and will preclude the need for bulb changes in the future.
 
In conjunction, Wolf also introduced the H-251A/LED Handlamp, incorporating the Wolf H-79P LED replacement module.  This handlamp gives an extremely well defined beam of intense white light which is approximately 50% brighter than a halogen bulb. 
 

With a typical life of over 25,000 hours, these LED modules are expected to last the product lifetime, minimising product maintenance and eliminating risk of light source failure.  Click here for more information.
