Fluorescent Leadlamp & Tank Lighting Kit Accessories.
Unistrut compatible mounting points located on the lamps provide a flexible installation solution allowing the luminaires to be quickly and easily fixed in position on pipes, scaffold or a ferrous backdrop with magnetic fixings. In addition Wolf have created a number of accessories to help with the deployment and maintenance of the Fluorescent Leadlamps or Tank Lighting Kits
4 Leg Stainless Steel Stand
The 4 leg stand for use with the Wolf fluorescent Leadlamp range has been designed to give optimum stability, allowing the cable entry and linking sockets to be ideally placed for linking in series and keep the lamp in a raised position away from any residue.
The stand is made from non ferrous stainless steel so there is no risk of spark from contact with metal surfaces and is light weight to allow the unit to be moved around easily.
Easily assembled using Unistrut nuts and bolts, the stand is an ideal solution for the 4x36W lamp providing 360° output in the centre of the working site.

Tripod
The light weight aluminium tripod for use with stainless steel mounting bracket (sold separately) for 2 x 36W or 4x36W versions allows vertical or horizontal forward facing light or in the horizontal position the light can be directed upwards illuminating the work area from the underside.
The Tripod is light weight and will extend the lamp to a maximum of 8 feet (2.4 meters) Easily transportable and assembled the tripod gives a stable platform allowing the lamps to be used at a variety of heights and positions.

Universal mounting kit
The Universal mounting kit can be used with the tripod stand or is supplied with a stainless hook and eye (karabiner) allowing the lamp to be clipped in a vertical or horizontal orientation in the desired location

Magnets
The magnetic fixing kit comprises of a stainless steel mounting bar and 2 or 3 polyurethane coated magnets to reduce the hazard of sparks from impact on metal surfaces. Spare magnets are sold separately.
The magnetic fixing allows the lamp to be easily and quickly mounted in any orientation making it the ideal solution for quick set up.

Protective Film
The Leadlamp protective film for use with 2x36W and 4x36W versions of the fluorescent Leadlamp is certified for use with the lamp in an Ex Zone 1 area.
Designed to protect the outer polycarbonate tube from damage when used in cleaning, painting or blasting operations, the film is supplied with an easy peel foam back adhesive for ease of application inside an Ex area.

Extension cables
Extension cables allow a flexible way of lengthening the reach of the lamps within a potentially explosive atmosphere. They can be used at the start of a chain of lamps allowing a transformer to reside in a safe area or in the middle of a chain of lamps allowing 2 or more work areas to be lit with out the need for additional power supplies.
A full range of extension cables for use with 24, 110 & 230V units are available in lengths of between 15 and 30 meters. The maximum overall length of cable in a chain must be carefully considered to ensure the voltage does not drop below the minimum level.
